Ella and I made this ring together. She is three and a talented jeweler already. It’s remarkable having my workshop at home. I am feeling so inspired. I have so much more flexible time to get my work done and offer my students more hours as well. I love that Ella can be a part of my work in her own environment. The new space is allowing me a lot more time to work on new designs for my jewelry too.
Now with summer coming, my students will be able to sketch ideas in the backyard, pick berries and hang out with our chickens. We can enjoy the sun shining through the glass door to the Werkstatt while sharing a cup of tea or coffee and chatting while we work on our jewelry projects.
Looking forward to seeing you in a class soon. Please e-mail me if you have any ideas for special workshops or could use some private instruction for a project.
My space is completed and I am now ready to teach and create in my garden WERKSTATT. It was an amazing celebration of all the hard work that went into the place. THANKS DAD! With the wood stove, even a chill in the air won’t keep me away from my amazing workshop. Check the schedule for drop-in times and classes available. I look forward to seeing you soon. You would be amazed at what you could create in just a few classes.
